Order Confirmation:
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation from Renovate Depot. We will pre-authorize your credit card and confirm availability with our suppliers. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via email. If your item can be shipped within 5 business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your item is in stock and we have processed the charges on your credit card, it will ship within 5 business days. You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of the item leaving the distribution center. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please get in touch with us at Support@renovatedepot.com.
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
United States: 7 - 12 Business days ( No Sales Tax Except WY ).
Canada: 7 - 12 Business days ( GST / HST Calculated at Checkout ). Please notes that some brands do not ship to Canada. Check this page to see the brand available for Shipping to Canada. (include our shipping page ) .
Max delivery time – 25 business days.

Typically, orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Custom-made products from some suppliers may take additional time. If delivery time is a concern, please get in touch with our customer service team for confirmation. Please note that lead times may be longer due to high demand for a particular manufacturer.
Product Quality Guarantee:
It is essential to inspect the item during delivery and not accept it if it is damaged. Please inspect the item carefully, including the inside, and do not hesitate to inform the delivery personnel immediately if you notice any visible damage. If the item is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or phone with details and evidence of the damage. All damage claims should be reported immediately.
In case you suspect that the goods are damaged due to the outer carton appearing damaged, please note "Possible Freight Damage" on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This will protect your insurance claim if the product is damaged and a freight insurance claim needs to be filed. Remember, it is crucial to inspect the goods before signing the delivery receipt from the courier.
