Return Policy

Renovate Depot provides products and services subject to the following conditions. Please read them carefully. By visiting or shopping on Renovate Depot, you agree to these conditions.

Damages

We insure all of our shipments 100%. Although your box and packaging may seem undamaged, it is still possible that the product inside may be damaged. Upon delivery, carefully inspect your items for any external or internal damage. If you see any damage to the product, refuse delivery and make a note of the damage on the bill of lading.

Damage must be noted on the driver's bill of loading to ensure that your claim will be accepted.

You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of any shipping damages for us to send a Return Authorization number (RA) at (844) 844-3712 or by email at Support@RenovateDepot.com. Renovate Depot will replace the item free of charge, or you may elect to receive a store credit.

Please take pictures of the item and the packaging it came in and email this information along with a detailed description of the issue to Support@RenovateDepot.com. Provide your order number in the subject field of the email. You may also contact our Customer Service department by phone for instructions on how to file a claim at (844) 844-3712.

Returns

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item if your product is damaged or does not meet your needs. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days following the date you received your shipment.

You will have to pay the cost of return shipping and a restocking fee of up to 25% for items returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage.

Conditions

The item must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature, and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition as received. Refunds will be made within 7-10 business days of arrival to our warehouse once the return has met these conditions. We retain the right to refuse any returns outside of these conditions.

Buyer Remorse

We understand that sometimes customers may experience buyer's remorse after purchasing our products. In such cases, customers can return the product for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • Restocking fees of up to 25% may be charged.

  • Processing fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

 

Defects

If the product has been installed and is in defective condition, it falls under the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us for parts or exchanges.

Product Display/Colors

Renovate Depot attempts to display accurate product images. However, alternate images are sometimes displayed when the correct images are not available. You must carefully read the product specifications to verify your purchase and not rely solely on the images. We cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color as the display of the color depends upon the monitor you are using. Renovate Depot does not take responsibility for the quality of the images before making a purchase on our website Renovatedepot.com

Chargeback Policy

This evidence can include order details, tracking information, and customer communication. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks that we believe are invalid or unfounded.
  • Chargebacks can have serious consequences for both customers and merchants. For customers, chargebacks can result in increased fees, damage to credit scores, and difficulty obtaining credit in the future. For merchants, chargebacks can result in financial losses, increased processing fees, and damage to their reputation.
  • To avoid chargebacks, we recommend that customers contact us first to try to resolve any issues. We're committed to providing exceptional service and resolving any disputes in a fair and timely manner.
