Order Confirmation
After placing your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Upon receipt of your order, we immediately contact our suppliers to confirm that the item is in stock and can be shipped. If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you by email. If the item(s) can be shipped within five business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
We process and ship orders within five business days of verifying item availability. You will receive tracking information once your order leaves our distribution center. We will send you a tracking number within five days of placing your order. If you have not received tracking information within six days of placing your order, please contact us at support@renovatedepot.com. We want to ensure that your order arrives on time and withou44t any additional costs or delays, so please let us know if you have any concerns about delivery to your location.
Shipping Time
After receiving your order, we will confirm its availability. Once availability is confirmed, the processing time is 3-5 business days. We want to ensure that all information is accurate before processing and shipping your order.
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
United States: 7 - 12 business days (No Sales Tax Except WY). Please note that we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
Canada: 7 - 12 business days (GST/HST Calculated at Checkout). Please note that some brands do not ship to Canada. Check this page for eligible brands: Canada Shipping
