After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation from Renovate Depot. We will pre-authorize your credit card and confirm availability with our suppliers. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via email. If your item can be shipped within 5 business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your item is in stock and we have processed the charges on your credit card, it will ship within 5 business days. You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of the item leaving the distribution center.
