the heater runs automatically until the water is heated
up to 3°C (37.4°F). This will help prevent water from
freezing. The circulation system, pump, and pipe will
be saved.

MSpa covers below manufacture warranty period from purchasing date:

6 months for the spa pool (Lite/Delight/Comfort Inflatable Spa)
12 months for the spa pool (Premium/Elite/Concept/Urban/Muse Inflatable Spa/Rigid Wall MSpa)
24 months for the rigid wall frame

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via email. In case you suspect that the goods are damaged due to the outer carton appearing damaged, please note "Possible Freight Damage" on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This will protect your insurance claim if the product is damaged and a freight insurance claim needs to be filed.
