Warranty Details
All whirlpool bathtubs we sell brand-new original manufacturer whirlpool tubs, air tubs, and jetted tubs. Each item we sell comes with the original Manufacturer's Warranty; this information is clearly posted next to the item on the product page.
It is the customers' responsibility to confirm the product will comply with their state, county, or city codes. If you will be receiving an inspection by a county or city inspector, please ask them what they require. Click the link for information on installation and certification.
Warranty Policy
All steam showers carry a (7) seven-year structural warranty against manufacturer defects. The structural warranty protects the structure of the steam shower from peeling, fading, delaminating, or cracking. Structural components include the acrylic panels, shower pan, ceiling, and glass panels. All steam shower parts carry a (1) one-year guarantee against defects.
Platinum carries most replacement parts in stock and will arrange for a spare part to be delivered to you.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation from Renovate Depot. We will pre-authorize your credit card and confirm availability with our suppliers. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via email. If your item can be shipped within 5 business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

If your item is in stock and we have processed the charges on your credit card, it will ship within 5 business days. You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of the item leaving the distribution center. It is essential to inspect the item during delivery and not accept it if it is damaged. If the item is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or phone with details and evidence of the damage. All damage claims should be reported immediately.
In case you suspect that the goods are damaged due to the outer carton appearing damaged, please note "Possible Freight Damage" on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This will protect your insurance claim if the product is damaged and a freight insurance claim needs to be filed. Remember, it is crucial to inspect the goods before signing the delivery receipt from the courier.
