Backorder Policy & Protocol

At Renovate Depot, we understand how frustrating it can be to wait for a product that is out of stock. That's why we have implemented a backorder policy to ensure that our customers have the best possible shopping experience.

Payment Processing

When you place an order for a product that is out of stock, we will charge your credit card or PayPal account at the time of order placement to ensure fast delivery. Back-ordered products will be shipped from the manufacturer instead of our warehouse. We process the payment at the time of order placement to prevent delays in receiving the product due to changes in your payment information, fraudulent attempts to receive products by providing false payment information, and handling of sensitive financial information for extended periods. We have strict internal controls in place to prevent fraud and never keep your sensitive financial information.

Availability and Fulfillment

We work closely with our manufacturing partners to provide you with the most up-to-date information about the availability of the product. We will keep you informed of any changes in the estimated shipment date and will provide you with an estimated delivery date once the product becomes available.

Cancellation and Modification

If you decide to cancel your backorder or modify your order, please contact our customer service team at support@renovatedepot.com, and we will cancel your order and refund your payment in full, no questions asked. If your order has not yet shipped, we can also cancel and refund your order in full after confirming the cancellation with the manufacturer. Please note that it may take up to 6-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

While Waiting...

While waiting for your back-ordered product to ship, you can contact us to have an estimated shipment date. Please note that back-order and pre-order fulfillment dates are subject to change as we receive updated information from our manufacturing partners. We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information to our customers, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by delays.

Communication

If we do not receive any written communication from you indicating your preferred option prior to shipment, we will assume that you want to keep your current order in place until the product becomes available. We will continue to work closely with our manufacturing partners to fulfill your order as soon as possible and provide you with shipping and tracking information once it becomes available.
