What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for all items.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any order for a 100% refund before it has shipped out. Please notify us immediately at support@renovatedepot.com or by phone at (844) 844-3712 if you would like to cancel your order. Once the order has shipped, it is subject to our 30-day return policy.

How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number within 5 days of placing your order.

What is the average shipping time?

It generally takes 7-12 business days for your order to arrive. (Please note that due to the pandemic, shipping times may vary).

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you are unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@renovatedepot.com, and we will process an immediate replacement or compensation (usually within 2 business days).

How do I place an order?

To place orders by phone, call us at (844) 844-3712. To place an order online, simply click “Add To Cart” on your preferred product and proceed to checkout via “Secure Checkout”. Enter your shipping and billing information and complete checkout. You will receive an immediate order confirmation, and we will process your order immediately.

How do I know when my order will ship?

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with credit card authorization and shipping/billing information. We will immediately process your order, and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped once it leaves the warehouse. If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.

Will you send an order confirmation via email?

An order confirmation message will be sent to the email address you provide us for each order you submit. We recommend that you print and save the email confirmation for your records. Please be sure to enter your email address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we do charge tax on items shipped to Wyoming, USA, and GST/HST on Canadian orders. 

Do you offer installation on your products?

We do not provide installation for the products purchased from us. To know if professional installation is needed for the product purchased, before placing an order, please check the product page or contact us at (844) 844-3712 or by email at support@renovatedepot.com to see if the products purchased need professional installation.

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change your order at no cost by simply emailing or calling us. Any price difference will be credited to your card, or we will send you a custom invoice to pay the difference. Orders can only be changed before shipping.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Depending on the brand, orders may ship out the same business day or take up to 5 business days to process and 7-12 business days to ship. On rare occasions, order shipping may take longer due to unforeseen delays.
