Refund Policy

We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase from Renovate Depot. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it explains your rights and obligations concerning returns and refunds.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products purchased through our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.(We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.)

Buyer Remorse

We understand that sometimes customers may experience buyer's remorse after purchasing our products. In such cases, customers can return the product for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • Restocking fees of up to 25% may be charged.

  • Processing fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. (We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@renovatedepot.com or call us at (844) 844-3712. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and provide you with a replacement or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at Support@renovatedepot.com or call us at (844) 844-3712. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange your item.

Restocking Fee

If a customer returns or exchanges a product due to remorse, restocking fees of up to 25% of the purchase price may apply.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 6 to 10 business days. Please note that we do not refund tax and shipping costs.

Chargeback Policy

  • However, if a chargeback is initiated, we'll be required to provide evidence to our bank or credit card processor to prove that the transaction was valid. This evidence can include order details, tracking information, and customer communication. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks that we believe are invalid or unfounded.

  • Chargebacks can have serious consequences for both customers and merchants. For customers, chargebacks can result in increased fees, damage to credit scores, and difficulty obtaining credit in the future. For merchants, chargebacks can result in financial losses, increased processing fees, and damage to their reputation.

  • To avoid chargebacks, we recommend that customers contact us first to try to resolve any issues. We're committed to providing exceptional service and resolving any disputes in a fair and timely manner.
